to use CareerNet@ITE provided by its Career Services Centre (CSC), you agree to
comply fully and unconditionally with all the following terms and conditions:

All information provided by you is accurate and correct and you
agree to inform the CSC immediately of any subsequent changes, including when
requested online, to update or provide relevant data. In addition, all
information provided by you would be made available to employers who are
registered with the CSC;

You will use CareerNet@ITE and any information solely for lawful
and more specifically for job employment purposes only;

| 3) |
You expressly agree that use of CareerNet@ITE is at your sole
risk and you will bear full responsibility for your action. Under no
circumstances shall ITE be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may
result from your use of CareerNet@ITE;

The job placement service provided by CareerNet@ITE is free of
charge;

| 5) |
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless ITE from and
against all claims, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of
CareerNet@ITE or breach of any laws;

The data provided by you will be used for job matching and
introducing you to prospective employers. ITE also reserves the rights to
use this data in improving its services without prior approval;

| 7) |
You agree to have your data sent to the prospective employer
when you apply for a job posted by the company;

| 8) |
This site contains links to other websites on the
internet. ITE is not responsible for the privacy practices and contents
of such websites;
|
| 9) |
ITE reserves the right to amend any or all the
Terms & Conditions without prior notice; and |
| 10) |
ITE shall be entitled to terminate your use of
CareerNet@ITE at its discretion without assigning any reason.
