The National Precision Engineering Specialist Programme is one of the programmes under the PE Manpower Initiative recently launched by the S'pore government to train and upgrade 2000 professionals in the PE workforce over the next 5 years.

This is a 5-year in-employment training and education programme. Successful applicants will be employed by one of the sponsoring companies and attend fully-sponsored part-time diploma and skills upgrading courses. They will also receive $20,000 training allowance on top of their salary.

To be eligible to join this programme, graduates must - Be Singaporeans or Spore PRs - Have preferably less than 2 years of working experience in the PE industry - Possess a Nitec in Precision Engineering or Higher Nitec in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
